Each year, GuildQuality, conducts a customer satisfaction survey ranking small to medium sized homebuilders and remodelers across the nation. Winners of the prestigious award are determined based on two factors: the percentage of clients recommending the member’s services and the number of returned surveys.
Clients participating in the survey are asked to grade the service provider in areas such as safety, knowledge, professionalism, communication, and quality. Exterior Medics competed with over 400 applicants and exceeded both metrics, including a customer recommendation rate higher than 90%.
