2019 Luke's Wings Heroes Walk

Exterior Medics partnered with Luke’s Wings to reunite wounded, ill, and injured service members with their families during the holidays. Co-owner Joe LeVecchi called the partnership a natural fit given the company’s long history of supporting veterans.
Company donations helped specific families travel, including an Army Sergeant recovering at Walter Reed who was able to see his children and mother, and an Army Major with a TBI whose family could finally visit relatives in Miami despite financial strain.
During that season, Luke’s Wings funded 175 flights—bringing the organization’s total since 2008 to 4,600 flights—offering meaningful connection and respite during recovery. Co-owner Mark Watson emphasized how hearing these stories deepened the impact for the team.
