I had a great experience with Exterior Medics. My spouse and I hired them to respond to an emergency situation that flooded our basement, caused by cracks in our home's siding. Exterior Medics was timely and thorough in communicating the proposed repair and working alongside other contractors completing other parts of the water remediation. Ron Rodriguez was especially helpful in providing a detailed walk-through of the proposed repairs and timely communication on next steps. He made an extra effort to find siding colors and material options that matched other parts of our home that didn't need the repair. He treated me as an equal alongside my husband throughout the process, which I appreciated as a woman homeowner. I would hire Exterior Medics again.

Their pricing was extremely competitive. Ron, who was our Sales Consultant, could not have been nicer or more friendly. There was no pressure or hard sell and we felt supported through the entire process. Their expertise and knowledge of Hardie board really shows.

The left side of my roof ridge is not straight, curves upward. I thought the lumber needed to be replaced so I asked Exterior Medics for an estimate. Tom Green and Francis dropped by and climbed to the roof to check it out. They informed me it is just the rafter being a bit high on that side. Roof is fine, no repair needed. Their professionalism and honesty is very much appreciated. I've used Exterior Medics before and I recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Highly recommend Exterior Medics for their excellent work and also their amazing warranty service. I first hired them 10 years ago when I moved into my house to do some masonry repairs on the chimney and to do some roofing work. Fast forward 10 years. I am selling my house, and the new buyers' home inspection identified a small crack in the chimney crown. I was able to open a project case per the warranty and get the masonry work completed at no charge ahead of my closing in 10 days. Thank you, Exterior Medics! It's nice to work with a company that stands behind its work.

After getting the runaround with the chimney company and the roofing company blaming each other, I called Exterior Medics. They came and inspected the area and fixed the problem. If I had known about the years ago, I could have saved thousands of dollars. Thanks Ron, Great job!

He gave wonderful advice and a great solution, plus recommended a product that I like very much. Exterior Medics has been used by a family member for many years and they always provided exceptional work. Roofers were clean, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to existing neighbors.
