- David Kosik and his partner Ted loved the interior of their home, but knew the exterior needed a complete overhaul
- Issues included worn roofing, faded paint, outdated gutters, and aging shutters - all needing attention
- The couple sought a single, trustworthy company that could handle the entire project with clear communication and design continuity
- Exterior Medics provided a seamless, start-to-finish renovation including masonry prep, roofing, siding, painting, gutters, and more
- Roofing system included GAF Timberline HD shingles, Snow Country ridge vents, Timbertex premium ridge caps, and EverGuard TPO membrane
- Replaced old siding with James Hardie Blue Ribbon fiber cement lap siding
- Installed Kleer cellular PVC trim around windows and doors for a clean, finished look
- Painted brick with Sherwin-Williams for a fresh, modern exterior color palette
- Added 6" seamless white aluminum gutters and a new ProVia entry door
- Frequent walkthroughs and collaborative problem-solving between the project manager and homeowners ensured smooth progress
- Completed the entire transformation in just 16 days, giving David and Ted a home they are proud to call their own
