- Renovation of over 150 units across 29 buildings at the Medinah Homes condominium community
- Project included full replacement of roofing systems, gutters, downspouts, dormer siding, and select windows
- Exterior Medics was chosen for their reputation, professionalism, and capacity to manage high-volume, high-expectation projects
- Originally estimated to take 6-8 months, completed in just 4 months - under time and budget
- Roofing systems replaced with GAF Timberline shingles
- Dormer siding upgraded with James Hardie panels and PVC trim
- New ProVia windows installed in selected units to address drafts and rot
- Maintained two crews of 15-30 workers, rotating between buildings with efficient staging, hydraulic lifts, and debris removal systems
- Weekly coordination meetings with the HOA board, engineer, property managers, and Exterior Medics leadership
- Transparent communication ensured residents were informed of progress, potential disruptions, and schedules
- The project resulted in elevated property value, improved curb appeal, and complete resolution of long-standing roof leak issues
