I first hired them 10 years ago when I moved into my house to do some masonry repairs on the chimney and to do some roofing work. Fast forward 10 years. I am selling my house, and the new buyers' home inspection identified a small crack in the chimney crown. PJ took the time to really understand our issue, left no stones unturned, proposed a comprehensive solution, and at no point did I feel like he was just trying to upsell me on services. I really felt prioritized as a customer. When the project start date came, Riane and her crew were punctual and professional, and I never felt out of the loop on any work being done. When unexpected extensive damage was discovered, Riane was flexible, proposed a solution quickly, and by the end of the day had secured the materials and addressed the problem without any significant delay. The crews workmanship is unmatched and I could not be more satisfied. After the fact, I am worry free and didn't even have to break the bank for it.
