Tom Green and Francis dropped by and climbed to the roof to check it out. They informed me it is just the rafter being a bit high on that side. Roof is fine, no repair needed. I really felt prioritized as a customer. When the project start date came, Riane and her crew were punctual and professional, and I never felt out of the loop on any work being done. When unexpected extensive damage was discovered, Riane was flexible, proposed a solution quickly, and by the end of the day had secured the materials and addressed the problem without any significant delay.
