- The couple feared losing the character of their beloved home but knew renovations were necessary to preserve its value and beauty
- Exterior Medics worked closely with Bob and Linda to respect the home's original architecture while updating it with high-quality, long-lasting materials
- Replaced the worn exterior with Waldun #1 R&R Blue Label, Certi-Grade Western Red Cedar Shingle Siding for an authentic, historically accurate look
- Installed Waldun-Certi-Last #1 Perfection Shingles to match the original cedar roofing
- Upgraded all windows are doors with 19 new Jeldwen double-hung windows and sliding glass doors
- Added a VELUX VS Manufal Venting deck-mounted skylight for improved ventilation and natural light
- Trimmed the home with James Hardie Arctic white for crisp, clean edges
- Installed 6" half-round aluminum gutters, white hangers, and 4' round white aluminum downspouts to protect the structure and blend with the aesthetic
- Bob and Linda deeply valued the sensitivity and care the Exterior Medics team showed throughout the renovation
- The result was a faithful, elegant restoration that honored the home's heritage while fortifying it for the future
