• The couple feared losing the character of their beloved home but knew renovations were necessary to preserve its value and beauty

• Replaced the worn exterior with Waldun #1 R&R Blue Label, Certi-Grade Western Red Cedar Shingle Siding for an authentic, historically accurate look
• Installed Waldun-Certi-Last #1 Perfection Shingles to match the original cedar roofing
• Upgraded all windows are doors with 19 new Jeldwen double-hung windows and sliding glass doors
• Added a VELUX VS Manufal Venting deck-mounted skylight for improved ventilation and natural light
• Trimmed the home with James Hardie Arctic white for crisp, clean edges
• Installed 6" half-round aluminum gutters, white hangers, and 4' round white aluminum downspouts to protect the structure and blend with the aesthetic
