As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our daily lives, we are making every effort to ensure the health and well-being of our clients and employees while continuing to fulfill our vision.
Please rest-assured that we will put nothing ahead of the well-being of our employees and those we serve. We are taking our share of the responsibility to help reduce the spread of the virus, while assisting the community with their home improvement needs, by implementing the following steps:
- Cleaning frequently touched surfaces - Routinely cleaning all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace using typical cleaning agents. This includes work trucks, electronic devices, and any presentation materials and samples brought into our client’s home.
- Washing hands following CDC proper hand washing technique.
- Avoiding shaking hands - Please don’t be offended.
- Monitoring employee health - Any employee that may arrive to work sick will be asked to go home.
- Increasing notification - All employees will immediately notify our company if they, or an at-home family member, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone who has.
- Following CDC Traveler’s Recommendations - CDC’s Traveler’s Health Notices
- Client communication - Ensuring that our clients share if they are experiencing any symptoms. We will work diligently to reschedule your appointment for a more appropriate time.
- Utilizing cutting edge technology - We're using advanced tools to limit face-to-face interaction, while still providing you with the level of communication and professionalism you deserve.
As you are well-aware, information regarding COVID-19 is evolving daily. We will continue to closely monitor this information and will adjust our approach as needed to ensure the well-being of our clients and employees is put first.
