Brand President
Joe co-founded Exterior Medics to build a company centered on happy employees and loyal clients. A devoted husband and father, he’s known for his big laugh and love of adventure. Joe is an avid camper and a lifelong Washington Commanders fan.
Mark Watson
Brand President
Born in Bedford, England, Mark lived around the world, from the Netherlands to Hawaii, before settling in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughters. He and Joe created Exterior Medics on a foundation of family values and honest leadership. Mark is famous for his playful sock collection and his Washington Commanders pride.
Ricardo Castillo
General Manager
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Ricky thrives under pressure and brings a competitive spirit to every challenge. He may act tough, but he’s a softy at heart. A hearty steak with rice and fresh lemonade is his idea of the perfect meal.
Lauren Edwards
Operations Manager
Born in Rahway, New Jersey, Lauren once called Hawaii home and grew up with two birds named Frank and Stein. She loves a good bowl of soup, the movie Adaptation, and once performed on a hip-hop dance team.
Gabriela Torres
Operations Manager
Gabriela entered the roofing industry in 2017 and is passionate about mentoring young women. She helped launch a hands-on roofing program for female high school students through the DC Metro National Women in Roofing Council and GAF’s Roofing Academy.
Angela Prine-Vasquez
HR Administrator
A Georgia native, Angela moved to Northern Virginia in 2019 and became a full-time parent to her now-teen son. She’s an adventurous soul – skydiving, rafting, and motorcycling – who now enjoys fishing, camping, and expanding her vinyl collection.
